Bosan Engineering Enterprise (BEE) is a California-based sole-proprietor Traffic Engineering firm headquartered in Aptos, California (Santa Cruz County), founded and wholly owned by Nadia Geesman, PE, PTOE, QSP. BEE was newly established in 2026, structured intentionally as a sole-proprietor practice so that Nadia can provide a small number of municipal clients with the dedicated, hands-on service that larger firms — juggling many contracts at once — often struggle to deliver. 

The firm's qualifications rest on Nadia's 17+ years of traffic engineering experience with California public agencies and on her ability to draw on an established professional network of California-licensed Traffic and Civil Engineers.  Nadia's intent for this firm is to provide direct principal-level attention from Nadia on every assignment.
