Nadia brings 17+ years of experience in civil and traffic engineering, working directly with public agencies, municipalities, and private developers on projects ranging from Safe Routes to School Reports and Traffic Impact Analysis to multimodal integration Corridor Studies. Clients work directly with Nadia on every engagement — from initial scoping through design, analysis, plan check, project management, and staff augmentation support — with no layers of hand-off between the point of contact and the engineer doing the work. Nadia is certified in eight states (California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, Virginia, Maryland, and District of Columbia) and is a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
